Yes. We have a personal Concierge who can help with almost anything. All it takes is a simple phone call to make an appointment. This service is FREE to Elders at Broadmoor, Heatheridge and Leisure.
We take a team approach to meeting the needs of each Elder no matter what level of care is needed. If it is appropriate for a move to Heatheridge, our care team and the Elder's physician will evaluate health concerns and make the transition as smooth as possible. Some additional paperwork is required, but our goal is to walk you through this transitional time.

No. We have taken the important step to implement a state of the art communication system at your community. There is no need to set up your own service. Just plug in your phone and you are ready to go. There is no set up charge, and no monthly taxes and other charges on your phone bill. Long distance services are also available with our phone system. In addition, our communication system allows you instant communications with staff members throughout the building. With one simple touch, you are connected to the receptionist, activity director or any other department.
Yes there is. We offer pendants for each Elder's use in the building for a minimal monthly fee. If an Elder falls in his or her apartment just push the pendant and the emergency call goes to our central phone system for a swift response. We want to make sure Elders are as safe as possible.
