Many people in their later years still have things they would like to experience. Sort of a "Bucket List." We discussed this with our residents and decided to develop a program we call Dream Chasers.

Dream Chasers was developed by one of our own staff and has been in working order since 2007. The good people at Gold Medallion have already made many dreams a reality for our residents.
